Oligonucleotide Synthesis on-campus service fees:
Four synthesis scales are
available in Custom productions: the 40 nmol, 0.2 umol, 1 umol, and 10 umol.
All synthesis scale samples are processed as crude. The 40 nmol and 0.2 umol
scales can be purified using OPC or PAGE purification. Oligos up to 150 bases
in length may be synthesized. Standard degenerate bases are accepted at no
extra charge and must follow IUB nomenclature. Non-standard degenerate bases
may be made at an extra charge of $10.00 per mix. A number of special bases and
oligo modifications are available. Please check out our special modifications
page on our web page that lists many of our more common requests. Prices vary
for individual projects, so please call for more information.
