Peptide Synthesis

| Synthesis
  • Automated solid phase peptide synthesis using new, state-of-the-art instrumentation (Rainin Symphony) and new procedures adjusted to characteristics of each individual peptide
  • FMOC (9-flourenylmethylcarbonyl) chemistry with high yields and superior product quality
  • Custom amino (N-) terminal modifications (ex. amino-terminus acetylation)
  • Special amino acids: D-amino acids and unusual/novel amino acids, modified amino acids with various fluorogenic, biotinylated and cold isotope labels
  • Cyclic peptides: single or multiple disulfide, other side-chain or head-to-tail cyclizations
  • Phosphopeptides (Ser, Thr, or Tyr residues)
  • FREE quality control (Proof of peptide identity and purity by Spectral Analysis and HPLC)
  • 5 working days turn around time for crude peptide.

Synthesizer

  • Ordering information is available on the Peptide Services Request Form
  • Linear peptides as well as cyclic and modified peptides are synthesized routinely in our peptide laboratory.

Peptides are delivered desalted and lyophilized with complete quality control data and specific instructions for storage and handling.
